I was in Anchorage for the first time and had a free afternoon, so I jumped on the Anchorage Winter City Tour. Really glad I did. It was an easy, relaxed way to get a feel for the city without trying to piece everything together on my own. Our guide was great — super knowledgeable, funny, and just easy to spend a couple of hours with. He shared a ton of local history and stories that made the city make a lot more sense. We stopped at the fault line, which was wild to see up close, and got a really cool look at Anchorage’s aviation scene. I had no idea how big a role flying plays here until this tour. We also made a stop where I ended up buying an ULU, which felt like the perfect little Alaska souvenir. Overall, it was a fun, simple way to get oriented and learn

Exciting tour of Anchorage that was super fun. Great narratives by Prince our driver with history, fun facts and places to visit beyond the tour. Even saw a moose eating in a yard! The underground home in the oldest part of the city is interesting. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time on the tour. You met outside of the Visitors Center. It was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. Ace was very informative and friendly. He had many interesting stories to tell. There was no rushing, and he answered all questions. He connected well with the entire group. The trolley was very clean. They checked for any items left behind after each tour before the next group boarded. The entire staff that we saw were very kind and welcoming. This is my first trip to Alaska. There was so much that I didn't know. It's definitely a tour that you should take.

We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our driver had great knowledge, you can see the love he had for what he did and for Alaska. Beautiful experience to learn, explore and connect with people and nature.

When in Anchorage you must do this one hour ride. They have two options- the one hour or the 1.5-2 hour ride. I recommend the one hour ride. It is VERY informative, fun and you get to know Anchorage a lot more. The history of the earthquake, how the name came about, the undergrund house, the high school with the history, etc. A fun way to see Anchorage and know about its history, totally a must do!!!

Wonderful experience with John... was well worth the money and time spent. In fact, another hour or half day tour would be great. Learned so much and he was so efficient / filled the time well. Highly recommend the deluxe tour (or longer) if offered! Can't wait to visit again to see more of Alaska... my new favorite place outside of the Sierra Nevada in CA.

I did the deluxe tour and it was a great experience. Ace was my tour guide and he had a lot of knowledge about the area as well as the history of the area. It was enjoyable to learn about the history and fun facts about Anchorage. Highly recommend doing the deluxe tour over the one hour tour that's offered.

This was a great way to explore Anchorage while my grandsons were in school. It was a little misty, soft rain that morning, but we had squeegee’s for our windows and the operator was wonderful. I was just visiting this time and I learned a lot more than I thought I would about Anchorage. Our guide knew exactly what to say. Had a wonderful speaking voice and quite informed. Thank you for making my day.

We had a lot of fun this Christmas Eve! Our guide was not only charming and hilarious, but also so informative. We learned about the shock waves in the land at Earthquake Park and that Santa's reindeer are all female. We stopped at several great photo spots along the route and told us all about each one. We got some delicious reindeer sausage, too, which was generous. He was a safe driver and hosted a really fun tour of Anchorage. My whole family enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
